Touchless Car Wash Pre-Soaks

A pre-soak acts as the initial chemical cleaning stage in a car wash system. Applied via foam application or low-pressure spray, it penetrates and softens bug residue, road oils, and surface grime. This chemical reaction breaks the bond between soil and vehicle surfaces, allowing touchless automatic or self-service wash cycles to rinse away heavy soils without requiring mechanical brush contact.

The ideal dwell time allows the chemical formulation to penetrate dirt, bugs, and traffic film without drying onto the vehicle exterior. Because dwell times vary by equipment configuration, water conditions, and whether liquid or powder concentrates are applied, operators should calibrate wash cycles to ensure the pre-soak loosens surface soils thoroughly before the high-pressure rinse stage begins.

Touchless pre-soak products are available in both liquid and powder formulation options. Powder and liquid concentrates are engineered to handle diverse cleaning applications, from general car wash pre-soaking and foam application to engine degreasing, tire cleaning, and heavy bug removal. Operators can select the formulation style that best matches their chemical injection equipment and operational preferences.

Yes, pre-soak products include concentrated formulas designed for custom mixing. With an analytic and formulation chemist on staff, proprietary blends can be tailored to meet specific industrial and car wash requirements. Operators can adjust chemical concentrations for seasonal road film, severe bug residue, or specific water conditions across in-bay automatic and self-service car wash bays.

Concentrated chemical formulas significantly lower freight costs by reducing the volume and weight of water shipped to your facility. Concentrates allow operators to dilute and mix solutions on site according to their specific wash volume and application requirements. Bulk pricing is also available for build and rental orders to optimize operational chemical supply costs.

These proprietary pre-soak formulations are designed for compatibility with in-bay automatic wash systems and self-service bays. They perform effectively through foam applicators, arch manifolds, and wand systems for bug removal, pre-soaking, degreasing, and tire cleaning. Their versatile chemical design also supports heavy-duty vehicle and industrial cleaning environments requiring dependable soil breakdown.
